Going out the house on my own has been a very big change for me. No one stopped me. I started listening to music and dancing to my favourite songs without worrying about my movements just following the music like we said and my days are so much happier.
Now I want to learn to ride my bike and be more independent!
I don’t know what would have happened if I hadn’t gone to this group.
This course has been really valuable. My friend had suicidal thoughts a week after we covered suicide prevention. It was probably life-saving...now he’s seeing a counsellor and on the road to recovery.
