Humans Being runs wellbeing courses and sessions for women who are, or are at risk of, experiencing mental ill-health.
The aim of Women Supporting Women is to provide a safe space for women to share problems and talk through solutions in a positive, constructive way, as well as learning new skills for confidence-building and relaxation.
During the pandemic, Women Supporting Women courses are running online. We are now looking at safe ways to run courses in-person.
These sessions are relaxed group discussions focusing on keeping well and looking after your mental health during lockdown and social distancing.
The course runs for six weekly sessions of two hours. Topics covered are open to the group to decide; here are some examples:
